If you feel anxious, experience low mood, low self-esteem or lack self-confidence. Whether you struggle with your relationships, decision-making, starting new life phases or are simply seeking better self-knowledge, sessions with Flavia will benefit you enormously. How does the counselling work? Individual week sessions in a fixed date and time to be agreed with you.
