CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund of the total amount (without deductions) in the event of renewed corona measures.
Can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the treatment. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the start of the cure, we have to retain a processing fee of €550.
The deposit is € 500, the balance is due 2 days before the start of the treatment.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Registration
We ask that you register via our online booking tool or alternatively by email (ayurveda@ayurvienna.at) to perform. The contract is only concluded and the payment is due once the registration has been confirmed by AyurVienna.
Booking up to 2 weeks before the start and as long as there are still places available.
payment method
Deposit of 500€ for binding registration.
The total amount is due by bank transfer to AT14 2011 1284 2211 8516 up to 2 days before the start of the course.
Ticketing
If the treatment does not come about, no further reimbursement or liability claims can be made beyond the amounts we have received. We must also reserve the right to replace those spa directors/therapists named in our programs or on the Internet with other specialists.
Termination
In the event that you terminate the contractual relationship, the following regulation applies:
If you cancel your registration within two weeks before the start of the course, we will charge 50% of the course program. If you book another cure instead, only a processing fee of € 50 will be charged.
From 7 days before the start of the treatment we charge the full treatment amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your registration in writing within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke your contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
In the event of an effective revocation, there is no longer any entitlement to use the contractual service. If this has already been provided in full or in part, usually through your participation in a cure/retreat, you are obliged to meet the agreed payment obligation proportionately.
End of revocation
Responsibility and Liability
Each participant bears full responsibility for his actions. The organizer is only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence. Apart from that, liability claims are excluded. This applies in particular to bodily harm and theft of any kind. Any illnesses must be reported to the course leaders before the start of the event. The AyurVienna cures offered do not replace medical treatment or therapy. All other spa offers under the medical supervision of a doctor are NOT designed to replace any existing medical treatment, but to supplement such.
Disclaimer
AyurVienna Kuren uses Ayurvedic methods that are based on many years of experience and correspond to Ayurvedic philosophy and tradition. Scientifically verifiable clinical studies in the sense of Western medicine are usually not available. It is therefore an alternative, naturopathic treatment therapy that you would have to make a conscious decision to use, although there is no corresponding scientific evidence in the sense of western-oriented conventional medicine.
