Holistic health recommendation
Through a more detailed anamnesis interview with determination of the constitution (Ayurvedic body type) and discussion of the personal health questionnaire as well as physical examination (palpation and auscultation in addition to pulse, tongue and face diagnostics) you will receive a type-specific nutritional and behavioral recommendation as well as a recommendation of Ayurvedic medicinal substances and herbal mixtures to restore a disturbed balance and to treat your physical complaints and clinical pictures according to the principles of Ayurveda medicine.

Initial consultation for inpatient spa preparation
Detailed anamnesis interview with determination of the constitution (Ayurvedic body type), discussion of the personal health questionnaire with physical examination, pulse, tongue and face diagnostics as well as auscultation and palpation, determination of the planned treatment goal and discussion of the general course of the treatment and any preliminary treatment (Ama-pacana)

Annual check-up
This is based on the annual basic examination provided by the health insurance company, consisting of a blood and urine test (laboratory assignment), a stool test, a general examination (physical status assessment with teeth, gums, heart, lungs, abdomen, etc.) and a detailed medical consultation. The most common health risks that can be influenced, such as obesity, high blood pressure, smoking, alcohol and lack of exercise, are clarified and discussed, and from the age of 50 appropriate referrals for cancer screening (intestine, breast, prostate, skin, etc.) are given.
